These Terms & Conditions govern your use of usepractiq.com and the purchase of products from Apex Amplify Limited (trading as Practiq), registered in England and Wales, company number 16573732. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
1. Products and Services
Practiq sells the following digital products:
- AI Workflow Toolkit — a collection of AI prompt templates delivered via your secure customer portal
- Practice AI Stack — a monthly subscription providing 2 new specialist AI workflows and workflow guides per month, with access to a growing library of previous content
- AI Practice Audit — a professional written report assessing your practice's AI readiness
2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All AI-generated outputs produced using Practiq prompts are drafts only. They require professional review before use with clients, submission to HMRC, or any professional purpose. Practiq accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or regulatory non-compliance in AI-generated outputs.
Practiq is not a regulated financial adviser, accountant, or tax consultant. Nothing in our products constitutes professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
3. Licence and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the purchased products for your own professional practice. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the prompts or templates with anyone outside your immediate team
- Use the content to train AI models or create derivative products for commercial sale
- Remove or obscure any Practiq branding or attribution

4. Payment and Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record). A VAT invoice will be issued for every purchase.
5. Subscriptions
The Practice AI Stack is a monthly rolling subscription billed in advance. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive an email within 5 minutes containing your portal access link. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, contact hello@usepractiq.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Amplify Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data loss, professional liability claims, or regulatory penalties arising from use of AI-generated content.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product in the preceding 12 months.
8. Consumer Rights
If you purchase as a consumer (not in the course of business), you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which these terms do not affect. For digital goods accessed immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may not apply. See our Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our products following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
