Refund Policy

1. Immediate Digital Delivery

All Practiq products are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. When you purchase the AI Workflow Toolkit, you receive instant access to your secure customer portal. Because the digital content is made available to you at the point of purchase, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends at that point, unless you have not yet accessed the portal or downloaded any content.

2. Refund Conditions

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of your purchase date
  • You have not accessed more than 5 individual workflows in the portal
  • You provide your order number and the email address used to purchase

If you have accessed more than 5 workflows, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. We do not automatically refuse refund requests from customers who have used the product — we ask that you tell us what did not work so we can improve it.

3. Time Limits

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund except in cases of duplicate payment, technical failure, or where required by law.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

4. Subscriptions

The AI Workflow Toolkit is currently sold as a one-time payment. If Practiq introduces subscription products in the future, the following terms will apply: subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period; and no cancellation fees apply.

5. Professional Disclaimer

Practiq workflows produce draft outputs for professional review. They are not a substitute for professional judgement and do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Refund requests on the basis that AI output required professional review and editing are not eligible — this is a stated feature of the product and disclosed clearly before purchase.

6. Disputes

If you are unhappy with our decision on a refund request, you may contact us at hello@usepractiq.com to escalate the matter. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to your card issuer or to an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

  • We will confirm receipt within 1 working day and process within 5
